MySQL PrefPane for Snow Leopard

The current MySQL preference pane is not 64-bit compatible on Snow Leopard.  As a result, I built a new preference pane that is compatible with both 64-bit and 32-bit Intel processors as well as 32-bit PowerPC processors.
